Ex Convento dei Domenicani
Things to do in Pabillonis

The Dominican Convent was built thanks to the initiative of the priest Antioco Pullo, who in his last will and testament donated all his assets to the Order, on the condition that they found a convent. The Dominican Fathers’ institution was established in 1631, the day the first stone of the building was laid. It was dedicated to Saint Sebastian, following the name of the nearby church that was subsequently annexed to it. The construction was completed thanks to the commitment of the Confraternity of the Rosary and numerous bequests from the faithful.
